How much will the delivery cost me?

All products (watches, glasses, accessories) that you order on the "October Lake" store will be delivered to you for free, with no purchase limit.

How long will my order be delivered?

October Lake selects the best products around the globe (France, Italy, USA, Canada, Asia, etc.). We work and make orders from craftsmen around the world who deliver to us according to the requests of our customers. Therefore, to avoid storage costs and offer the best value for money, your order is sent from one of these countries and will arrive at your address between 1 and 5 weeks.

I want to cancel my order, is it possible?

Yes, you have 24h from the moment your order has been made. Just send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and we will refund 100% of the amount.

Missing items to my order, where are they?

We have a lot of suppliers, when you order, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others will be slower). On the other hand, by ordering 3 times the same product, then these products will all be in the same package.

How do I know if my order is being delivered or not?

Click on the "tracking order" tab, enter your order number and the e-mail address you entered when ordering. You will then be able to know the status of your order.

My item is damaged, can I have a refund?

Absolutely, if your item is broken, send it back to us and it will be refunded.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I be refunded?

Absolutely, you just have to contact us by mail (sav@octoberlake.com) and we will give you the procedure. You have 7 days from receipt of the goods. All you have to do is send us the item and we will refund it 100% (Return charge at your expense).

How can I contact you?

For the sake of speed, we do not take any phone calls. To process an e-mail takes us a few seconds or minutes, whereas a call can take several minutes. To avoid fees and offer you the lowest prices, we only respond by e-mail (sav@octoberlake.com). Know that we do not ignore anyone and respond quickly.
